Meet Coach Jessica Mioduszewski

Jessica starting training for triathlons back in 2009 at the suggestion of a friend who was trying out the sport. She quickly fell in love with triathlons even though she could barely run due to injuries from a motorcycle accident from a few years back. She learned how to work around these limitations and eventually starting racing longer distances. In a fit of craziness, she also started racing ultramarathons to improve her run endurance and speed. Jessica has earned her PhD in Psychology and currently teaches Sports Psychology and the Psychology of Coaching and Team Building. She believes that mental toughness and problem solving are key assets to the endurance athlete along with physical fitness. She also strongly believes that athletes should be able train in enough moderation to also balance out a family and social life as well.
